My air conditioning turned off!? - honeywell chronotherm iv plus troubleshooting

Hello I have a Honeywell thermostat IV Plus. Theres two units, a first for my stick and facing down. The first floor is good, but the poor below the previous night after a crazy storm. The bottom plate is off and no monitor will not turn on, or I can not believe it?

I check the fuses or circuit breakers. If you do a check energy meters MOV. You can have a flash and burn something.

sounds like a t-storm in the vicinity of the PCB. These window units or in the air to cool the core area? when the central air have the most units, a circuit, the electrical control system is running. they can and are sometimes damaged by lightning. When you say, 'Panel', I'm not sure what you mean. In addition, you may only need to program the thermostat in your imagination, also known as t-stat. they can get destroyed by lighting and other things. TSTAT go and start from there. If you use the circuit to be evidence of damage that might be found (ie, the scorched earth and the hand). If you do not see the harm, it requires a fancy Meeter. Volts amps and ohms question can in any way.
